Whenever removing stains from walls, make sure that you always use a beemop with clean water to clean the wall afterwards going in a downward motion from the top of the wall to the baseboards.  This will eliminate streaks that occur from using a cloth.

Always make sure when filling holes in the wall, be sure to sand and fill a second time because filler always shrinks and the second application will ensure that there is no shrinkage that can be seen once the wall is painted.
